- Finpay is the umbrella brand of products from PT Finnet Indonesia, which began operations in 2006. It operates in the financial technology sector and focuses on providing solutions for industries such as banking, franchise outlets, telecommunications, e-commerce, transportation, government, service companies that provide recurring billing, and other industries that require digital payment solutions and their supporting systems.

Finpay Care will verify your data against the information stored in our system. We’re right to not process inquiries or complaints related to Finpay services if the data you provide does not match our records.
PT Finnet Indonesia will investigate your complaint and respond following the relevant policies and procedures once we have received your complete submission.
If a dispute arises regarding the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions, PT Finnet Indonesia and the User agree to resolve it through deliberation to reach consensus. Should deliberation fail, both parties agree that the dispute will be settled in the South Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to PT Finnet Indonesia’s right to file suit in any other District Court within the Republic of Indonesia.
