The PRO NTT application is an official digital platform developed by the Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) of the NTT Provincial Government as an integrated public service solution for all residents of East Nusa Tenggara. Prior to the collaboration with Finpay, the Motor Vehicle Tax payment process in NTT still relied on conventional methods.
This collaboration is part of an effort to modernize the regional service payment system, specifically the payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and various other regional levies, making it more accessible online for the public.
The PRO NTT application itself is a digital platform developed by the BPAD of the NTT Provincial Government to provide integrated public services for the residents of East Nusa Tenggara. Prior to the integration, the payment process relied on manual methods through counters and virtual accounts, which were considered to have several limitations in practice.
Through the integration of a payment gateway from PT Finnet Indonesia (Finpay), the payment system now supports real-time digital transactions with a wider and more flexible choice of payment methods. The public can now make payments using credit cards, QRIS, Dana, LinkAja, and even Virtual Accounts from BRI, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BCA, Bank Mega, Maybank, and regional development banks.
Finnet Indonesia (Finpay) President Director Rakhmad Tunggal Afifuddin stated that this integrated digital payment system is expected to improve the quality of public services while simultaneously making it easier for the public to fulfill their tax and other regional service payment obligations without having to visit the service counter in person.
“In addition to accelerating the transaction process, this integration is also considered to encourage digital financial inclusion in the region and increase transparency and timeliness of public service payments,” said RTA in a statement.
This collaboration also affirms the NTT Provincial Government’s commitment to building a more modern, efficient, and integrated digital service ecosystem as part of its vision to make NTT one of the provinces most adaptive to digital transformation in Indonesia. The signing of the agreement was attended by the President Director of Finnet Indonesia (Finpay), Rakhmad Tunggal Afifuddin, the Director of Business Marketing (BM), Azis Sidqi, the Head of the NTT Provincial Government’s Regional Revenue Agency, Johny Erikson Ataupah, the Director of Traffic for the NTT Regional Police, Senior Commissioner of Police Dedi Eka Jaya Helmi, and the Head of Jasa Raharja NTT, Sumantri Muhammad Basawan. The event was held at the Kristal Hotel in Kupang, NTT.
This collaboration between PT Finnet Indonesia (Finpay) and the NTT Provincial Government goes far beyond simply updating technical systems. It represents Finpay’s concrete step in driving digital financial inclusion in a region that has long needed greater digital transformation acceleration. With easy access to online Motor Vehicle Tax payments through the Finpay Payment Gateway, public tax compliance is expected to increase significantly. Transaction transparency is also more assured, as every payment is recorded digitally and in real time, minimizing the potential for irregularities while strengthening public trust in the regional service system.
This strategic partnership reinforces PT Finnet Indonesia (Finpay)’s position as a reliable partner for local governments in building a more modern, efficient, and integrated digital service ecosystem. For the NTT Provincial Government, the collaboration with Finpay is a key milestone in its vision to make NTT an adaptive province at the forefront of digital transformation in Indonesia.
The signing of the agreement took place at the Kristal Hotel in Kupang, NTT, and was attended by PT Finnet Indonesia (Finpay) President Director Rakhmad Tunggal Afifuddin; Business Marketing (BM) Director Azis Sidqi; Head of the NTT Provincial Government’s Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Johny Eriksson Ataupah; Director of Traffic at the NTT Regional Police, Senior Commissioner Dedi Eka Jaya Helmi; and Head of Jasa Raharja NTT Sumantri Muhammad Basawan.
